Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Proactively manage the owner's daily schedule, including organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining calendars.

    • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the owner, exercising discretion and good judgment.

    • Maintain a robust filing system (digital and physical) for business documents.

  • Operational Support:
    • Assist in managing and improving internal workflows

    • Collaborate with part-time team members and external vendors to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed on time.

    • Support inventory and project management functions by tracking and maintaining operational data.

    • Help ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and cybersecurity requirements related to government contracts.

  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the owner, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.

    • Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items to completion for meetings involving Staci or key projects.

    • Foster strong relationships internally and externally, embodying Tekgration's values and professionalism.

  • Business Development Assistance:
    • Conduct market research and provide reports or summaries that aid in strategic decision-making.

    • Participate in business proposal preparation and monitor proposal submissions for various projects.
