Process Automation Specialist (Single Project)

Responsibilities:

Workflow Automation: Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement efficient workflows and automation processes using Smartsheet and Monday.com. Integration Expertise: Utilize Zapier and APIs to seamlessly integrate data and processes across various software systems, ensuring smooth communication and data flow. Technical Support: Provide technical support to project stakeholders, troubleshoot automation-related issues, and offer timely solutions to optimize workflow efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and team members to understand project requirements, identify automation opportunities, and implement tailored automation solutions to meet project objectives. Documentation: Document automation processes, configurations, and changes for project reference, ensuring clear communication and understanding among team members.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Computer Science or technology-related degree program. Proficiency in Smartsheet and Monday.com, with a strong understanding of workflow automation principles. Knowledge of Zapier and APIs for integrating software systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex workflows. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in automation implementations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a project-based environment.
